Sorry for the infrequent and lack of depth in posts lately. I’ve been losing a hacking war, mainly because I haven’t had time to deal with it. But I may be ahead those damn Ruskies–seriously, with all the love I give Russian strength athletes you’d think their gaming hacks would pick on someone else. Anyway, to test the site without spending too much time you’re going to get some short posts, written frequently, until I’m sure things are working normally. I’ve been across a lot of awesome stuff lately, but let’s start with one of my favorite subjects, coffee.
NPR reported yesterday,
So there it is. Coffee, once again, is good for you. As I’ve mentioned many times, coffee and caffeine have twenty-some-odd-thousand studies on them, almost all which are overwhelmingly positive. There is a downside, which I wrote about in some depth here It can interfere with sleep, and a good night sleep’s benefits exceed that of even coffee.
“they look like coffee addicts to me, boys.”
In a Wim Hof interview I was listening to yesterday, he stated that all he consumed before embarking on running a waterless marathon in the Namibian desert was two cups of coffee, before adding “I’m probably addicted to the stuff”. Who is Hof, you might ask? Well, you’ll hear plenty about him here soon enough. Suffice it to say that coffee is performance enhancing. We’ll leave it at that, and see what the hackers decide to do with it.
