All dogs really want is a job. Ours is to chase me around in the mountains and there is nothing happier, or more life affirming, than a dog at work. This was, by far, my favorite post of the challenge. Woof.

10 Minute Trainer Core Cardio – TMT is pretty convenient when you’re stacking together a lot of different exercise.

Synopsis – Ticked the hardest thing left on my daily tasks, a 5.12 (thanks to Romney for the belay). Should finish almost everything with an easy (ish-one 5.12 traverse left could pose a problem) tomorrow, giving me a day of pure recovery before the final challenge.
