For your Friday Psyche, here’s some major training radness from Jan Hojer. Try watching this and then having a bad training session. It’s impossible, well, unless you get injured trying some emulate this mutant. But don’t do that. Just train hard. You’ll get there. Okay, maybe not there, exactly, but you’ll get stronger. Get something done this weekend or, at least, train like you’ve got something to do!
