Beachbody Workout of the Day

Asylum Relief and Ab Ripper 200 (Power 90) – Both were good but the real WOD was a stretching routine I stumbled upon experimenting. Needs more work to confirm, and may not pan out, but if it does you’ll see it in a workout eventually.

Synopsis – Great weather today. Got some traverses in, always fun. Had a great workout session in the park with the dogs, then perhaps a breakthrough recovery session at home. Getting caught up on the numbers as the schedule feels like it’s starting to click a little bit.

Reading & questions answered: /2809 (53/day) –   11& 66 (191 questions and 753 pages), Manuel of Freediving and Education of a Bodybuilder, which on counts as serious reading because it’s Arnold. Definitely good for motivation. That guy was psyched.
