Training While Injured

Since it’s been a while, here’s a good old fashioned Psyche post. Just a girl who’s training really hard while injured. Injuries are inevitable, especially when you’re taking life by the scruff of the neck and trying to push your boundaries. With the right attitude, you’ll almost always come back from stronger because you’re forced to train in ways that you normally wouldn’t. Most of my best training habits were forced by injury. It’s human nature on two levels. First is that you tend to do what you like instead of what you’re supposed to do until you’re forced to change. Second is survival mode. Nothing brings out the human spirit like being forced into a bad situation. All exemplified here by Courtney Sanders.
