  • I started running again after a hiatus of 10 years because my knees hurt so bad. I have been working with a PT all summer, who has watched me run, changed my stride, etc. I now run about seven miles a day (hoping to run even more) and the only time my knees hurt is when I miss a day. Interesting findings in the article–consistent with my own findings.
